Shyla is a 2000 graduate of the Stillpoint program at Greenfield C. C.

Shyla is a member of the Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals

Licensed Massage Therapist and completed the Nationally Certification Exam.

She is a Reiki Master Teacher  and Crystal Healer practicing since 1997.

She has added to her modalities with the practice of CranioSacral therapy  in 2007.

Shyla wants to collaborate with the client each time they connect to help them to achieve optimal wellness. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, MyoFascial, Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage. She loves working with CST and SomatoEmotional Release it may be her favorite. So powerfull and gentle.    She has worked  with clients who suffer from chronic pain and ailments such as migraines, back pain, and Multiple Sclerosis.  As well as clients who are participating in maintaining their overall health and wellness.   Weekend Warrior Athletes especially enjoy the Kinesio Taping. Using a combination of modalities each massage is created to meet the needs of the client that day.  She recognizes the affect stress of everyday life has on our mind and bodies.  Shyla enjoys helping the client to decrease stress ,muscle tension and reach a place of inner balance. 

Shyla has worked with Wellness centers, chiropractors, Kripalu and at a world class spa in Vermont. She taught massage and all it's courses for 8 years adding to the quality memebers of her profession.

Reiki is a noninvasive energy work that helps to calm, balance and rejuvenate the mind and body.
