Life seems to happen so quickly, filled with work, lists of things to accomplish, stress and little time to play, relax or care for ourselves.  We often find ourselves out of balance and disconnected from our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. My goal is to help my clients touch their inner balance, and give them the tools to stay in balance. I have the training of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone Massage,  Kinesio Taping, CranioSacral, SomatoEmotional Release, Reiki and Crystal Healings. Doing what I perceive as Sacred Transformational Bodywork a combination of the multiple modalities detailed for each clients needs that moment.
I have been practicing massage since 1999, energy work from 1997 and CST since 2007. I continue me education in a multitude of ways. I believe that massage is a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. Touch is very important and have seen some profound healing accomplished with touch and client participation.  Our needs change day to day so I aspire to truly listen to how are you know.  I create a customized treatment using a combination of modalities to address the individual needs of the client each session.
